一、 用途:

RTSL-400B熔體流動速率儀是按GB/T3682-2000的試驗方法測定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下流動性能的儀器，用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS 樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物在高溫下熔體流動速率的測定。適用于工廠企業及科研單位的生產和研究之中。

三、儀器的安裝與使用：
1、    儀器的調整：
A:儀器拆箱后，按裝箱單及附圖一所注明的名稱、數量清點與檢查儀器是否完好，技術文件、附件是否齊全，待檢查無損、無誤后再將儀器擦干凈，放在較穩固的工作臺上。
B:把聯接口模擋板的推拉桿（附圖二 序號1）向爐體內推入，從料筒的上端口向下看去，可看到口模擋板已將料筒下端口徑擋住約三分之一。放入口模。并用裝料桿（附圖一 序號6）將其壓到與口模擋板接觸為止。
C：把水準儀支架（附圖一 序號1）從料筒的上端口插入料筒，以水準泡為準，調節底座下面的四個調節螺釘（附圖二 序號6），使料筒達到鉛垂狀態（注：意即水準儀上的氣泡處于正中位置）。隨后取下水準儀。
四、注意事項：
1、單相電源插座必須有接地線孔，并可靠接地。
2、液晶顯示器上若出現異常顯示時，應按復位鈕后，重新設定試驗溫度，并啟動工作。
3、正常工作中，若爐溫大于450℃，則軟件保護，中斷加熱，并發出報警。
4、異常現象發生，如不能控溫，不能顯示等，應關機，進行檢修
5、清洗活塞桿時，不能用硬物刮削。
