PSE（Product Safety of Electrical Appliance & Materials）認證（在日本稱之為“適合性檢查”）是日本電氣用品的強制性市場準入制度。目前，日本政府根據日本《電氣用品安全法》將電氣用品分為“特定電氣用品”和“非特定電氣用品”，所涵蓋產品進入日本市場必須通過PSE安全認證。
