11. Shipper will provide  solar panel all certificate and all document  send to us (if any missing document so big duties will applicable)   because only duties free in Pakistan if available all documents from shipper side

2019年5月，巴基斯坦商務部出臺文件，強制要求進口至該國的光伏類產(chǎn)品通過PSI及COC認證，取得由PNAC（巴基斯坦國家認證委員會）批準的第三方機構(gòu)出具的PSI和COC證書的光伏產(chǎn)品可允許通關(guān)。

申請流程：

一、 COC證書

申請巴基斯坦COC證書前，必須持有以下兩個報告：

1. PSI報告（工廠驗貨完成后獲得）

2. IEC測試報告（產(chǎn)品寄樣測試完成后獲得IEC測試報告，如已有這份報告可以免測試，注意出貨型號必須包含在測試報告內(nèi)）

二、PSI報告

1. 填寫申請表

2. 貨物制作完成后，機構(gòu)將安排人員到工廠驗貨，驗貨完成出具PSI電子報告
